Botted playlists on Spotify are run by companies who are trying to lure artists into hiring them. You can get added to them even if you dont hire the company. Usually you will see a big jump in streams on 1-2 days and then that playlist will completely disappear from Spotify. You can get added to these playlists whether you intentionally worked with the company or not. It happens all the time to all levels of artists. If you unfortunately get put on one of these lists you may see all of these streams disappear and your song may even get flagged by your distributor.

That ensures real listenrs. We work with real active record labels and touring artists and use these same lists for the artist on our label.
